Gadiel was very helpful and great customer service. Definitely would recommend coming here for an oil change. Will be back again for my car services :)
Update: I originally gave a one start review because of what happened (details below). However, a manager called me back and apologized, and they have done good work for me before, so I have upgraded the review to 4 stars. The service was very professional and fast, and the mechanic Gadiel was very helpful and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand.
Gadiel really helped me out the day before the 4th. I came close to closing after my shift because I hit road debri on the way home from work. After trying to reassemble the night before I came and asked for help. He helped me out himself as all of the other staff was busy. A little bit of empathy and kindness can leave a lasting impact. I appreciate the help from Gadiel.This was a great reflection of the staff from your location.
