Don't take your BMW here for Brakes. Trip 1 - replaced all pads but didn't replace front rotors or even tell me rotors were bad Trip 2 - told all 4 pads were replaced due to extreme noise while braking Trip 3 - no.... Take your BMW to another shop and save time and money and skip this business. Paying double for 1 brake job is not what I expected Very Disappointed to say the least

I was told by “Jessica” that the Lexington, SC location would have my part in stock, that it would be finished same day, I took the risk of driving down there with my brake line cut, leaking brake fluid. Also forgot to tell you, the butthead from the regional office that I talked to on the phone told me I was paying for a service, he was rude and inconsiderate had no idea what I was going through with the idiots that I was dealing with at their shop. I will never ever, deal with there Services again! Trust me people, don't ever do business with this company
Would not even give their one star if I could. Absolutely liars and thieves. Anne Marie at the front desk deceived me and told me I was getting one thing and I left there with the same problem that I had before I got there. And still got charged $360 idiots Liars and thieves. If you would like to see another review, tune in tomorrow because I'm going to do it everyday for $375 days
After paying $500 for a $136 brake job cause once they get the tires off it’s a 100 other things they say is wrong with the car n jack the prices up, I pick my car up and take off on Dixie highway which was during rush hour traffic the cars shaking something terrible, so I pull over and every lug but is so loose I can twist them with my fingers. This place is trash! Bill an his brother are very unprofessional real con artist, I had an appointment to get my rotors an brakes fixed an came back to get my car to my lugs missing on my front left tire as well as my car trembling, I also now have a ticking noise an was missing things out of my vehicle. Bill said it wasn’t his fault an decided to threaten me holler an scream so we had a screaming match! I would never get my car fixed here.
Place sucks and dont know sh---t bout brakes and uses old parts
Alvin S. I had a great experience with Brakeway (Store # 105) under this management. Manager was awesome! He worked out an agreeable price for me. Service was GREAT.
