When your car makes a terrible grinding sound every time you step on the brakes, it's probably time to change your brake pads! I called Friday morning to see if I needed to make an appointment. They got me in immediately that day. I came in a little before noon, and they took a look at it right away. The guy told me that only my front pads needed to be replaced, and that my back ones actually had a long way to go. Good to know and happy they didn't try to dupe me! I made the apointment, dropped it off. Called me aproximatley 30min later to let me know front rotors were warped. They were unable to turn them so i needed to buy new rotors.2007 - f150 with 34000 miles, 2 wd Estimate was made for the repair, 4 hours later i was called it was done. Returned to find out the estimate was lower than needed for the repair. Cost of rotors were much higher than estimated with extra nuts, which were needed. I only went there for a brake job and they told me I needed so much more and I paid for brake pads to be put on the back as well which they did not do. I will never return. Do not expect them to tell you everything's fine. You will walk out of there with well over 500 dollars in issues that weren't there before.

Needed brakes. Took my vehicle in and left it. Employee called to tell me it needed all four brakes done, plus alot of other parts. Almost $700. I asked for an explanation and he got angry and told me to come back and get my vehicle. I arrived in app. 15 minutes and my vehicle was still up on the rack with all four tires off.
