I will never ever ever go to brakes for less again .I definitely will not recommend anyone the staff was polite but I was not satisfied with the service I received.I was told one price but when it was all said and done I paid a lot more definitely not a happy camper
Recently, My Ford Escape needed a brake fuel pump. The part was extremely hard to find. I did my own research as well as calling other auto repair stores and the Ford dealership, with no luck! Fortunately, I went to Brakeway in Elizabethtown. Jeff and his crew went beyond the call of duty by finding the part, replacing it promptly, and at a reasonable price. Did an amazing job with my truck! Walked me through the process and explained everything that needed to be done in a way that was easily understandable instead of trying to bamboozle me like most shops would. Would highly recommend!!!

great crew new manager is trying to make a difference, new techs speed is coming up and integrity coming back to this store ive took both my cars there for brakes an service is great not the fastest but i will take safety over speed anyday good job guys keep it up!!!!!!
Great place and honest service. Went in to have brakes done and the mechanics told us that our brakes were new and didn't need to be replace (recently purchased used vehicle). They could have easily replaced our brakes and charged us but instead were honest and inspected our brakes and rotors and ensured us that everything was good to go. When I asked what was due for the inspection they said "no charge." I will definitely be returning for future services.
