I will never ever ever go to brakes for less again .I definitely will not recommend anyone the staff was polite but I was not satisfied with the service I received.I was told one price but when it was all said and done I paid a lot more definitely not a happy camper
Slow and sneaky. I was there for the $199.95 job or even the $249.95 job if needed. There was only 1 other customer there but it took a long time for them to have my vehicle on the lift and then they called me to it to show me what was wrong. They told me it needed more and that would be an extra $240. And they said that the total of $490 was at an extremely discounted price for me. I went to Brakes For Less to get a quote. I was there for about 2 hours and I got the quote and made the decision to come back at a later date to get my brakes fixed but my mind quickly changed after I got my car back. My hubcaps that I've had for close to a year were broken and had to be put back on with a temporary clip. I've never had a problem with my hubcaps before until today. They were always secure! I was the only customer at the time, I let them know I was in a rush, and they finished a half hour later than their worst-case scenario. There is nothing more frustrating than looking at your car in the shop, and seeing nobody working on it. Three workers at the shop doing anything but putting brakes on the car. PLUS, I went in being told it was $88, then was told it was $139, then was rung up as $169! The most frustrating thing is their obviously ambivalent attitude. I went to Brakes 4 Less because of the reviews and here I am, writing another great review. They deserve it. The service was outstanding. I was told I needed new brakes at another place and my brakes did sound squeaky. They checked out the car for free, and he told me I did not need the front ones, just the back, and it was only about $90! Awesome price. LOVE this place:) The people were very friendly as well:)

Brian is an extremely professional, honest, and kind mechanic. We've been bringing our cars to him and his guys for the last few years and every time has been as pain-free as you could possibly be at an auto repair shop. The prices are fair, they are extremely thorough, and they goes the extra mile by making sure that you don't pay for repairs you don't need. when another shop had redone my brakes and less than a day later they were squealing again, and they refused to back their work and refund it, i decided to take my little camry to brakes 4 less. the manager brian was great to work with and seemed sympathetic to the issue. the guys there fixed what the other shop had done wrong and charged me next to nothing to do it. the squealing is gone and i feel better knowing somebody else fixed the problem. next time i know where to go in the 1st place.
