Installed my brakes called right away the pads did not come with hardware. Customer service said it wasn't needed. Called back shortly after they were pulsating he told me to try going 60 to 10 mph 15 times and let them cool less then 3 months my 580 dollar brakes are in the garbage went to oreillys auto parts installed new brakes with new hardware they work great ! Do not buy from this company.
I really wish I could give them a ZERO! Worst experience ever! Horrible customer service. I paid $190 for breaks that ended up being the wrong size. I immediately called them to return. They took $85.00 out of my refund for a UPS label and then charged me 15% restocking fee. SO they basically took over $100 out of my refund for them being the wrong size. I will NEVER purchase anything else from them. When I called everyone I talked to was rude! NEVER AGAIN, I DO NOT RECOMMEND PURCHASING ANYTHING FROM THEM!
Was a little skeptical ordering rotors and pads online glad I did. Read the instructions in the bottom of the box first. I bought drilled and slotted only to find out they were left and right not a problem, I should have known. Noticed it before I had driven the truck, easy swap, took about a total of a hour installation
I've had front slotted rotors on my C30 for over a year and a half and drive spirited daily and even took the car to the Dragon in NC and haven't had a single problem with them. i just ordered a rear slotted set and unfortunately because i was out of town i missed the package. BP said they would see about javing the package rerouted to me instead of being sent all the way back to Cali. Had bought a set of front and rear rotor for a project car that i was working on. I ended up selling the car and tried to send the rotors and pads back since i never used them. The customer service rep was rude and said that they could not take them back because they where past the 30 day policy. She wouldn't even give me store credit. So some advice maybe change your return policy if the Rotor and Pads were never used! At least give the customer the option for store credit.
(Returning Customer) Horrible customer service as i only had a complaint about the use of their hardware kit that came with the rotors. The woman that i spoke with was rude as F@#%. That is putting it lightly. In the future I will be doing my business elsewhere.
Stand Behind the products they sell the Life time warranty is a joke!!! You have to take the bad units off leave Your car On jacks send the bad units back then wait to get the New rotors. That has to be the dumbest return policy. Not to mention the down time You have while waiting for this place to stand behind the So called awesome products.
Awful customer service and company policy. There website is deceptive. I ordered new rotors by typing in my year, make, and model. You would think that would direct you to the list of correct parts for your vehicle. Nope according to Evelyn, their so called customer service specialist, I should have removed the rotor and measured it to confirm.
