Recommendedbeen here a few times and will continue to come here for the great customer service and honest, fair pricing. juan and michael were so nice and even showed me how to change my own air filter instead of trying to sell me one.
On 3-11-20 I took my 2015 Mazda to the San Marcos store for a free inspection. Once this was done I was told I need brake pads on all four tires and the rotors resurfaced. the quoted cost was $399.70.I didn't have time to get the work done then and so I left. I later took the same car to another mechanic who after inspecting my brakes said they didn't need any work done that he could see needed to be done. We needed to get car inspected, but brakes needed rotors and pads, husband took our car in, they fixed them but then the emergency brakes stopped working the next day, he took it back, was told it would be $700 but manager could drop that to $500. Nope. They then tell husband he could still het it inspected at Jiffy Lube because he "knows a guy" there, husband went to Jiffy Lube but no deal. The jiffy lube guy refers him to another mechanic who tells my husband brake check was at fault. We did go back today and they fixed it... read more
Rude, rude, rude!!! Unprofessional!!! Racial overtone, racial attitude was told to take my business somewhere else Found the same work that needed to done, $1000.00 cheaper across the I-10
Was told less than 2 hours and im now on hour 3. I made my appointment days ago yet they didnt think to make sure they ahd my brake pads for my brake pad replacement & had to order it. Also they didnt even start on anything let alone speak with me until 45 mins after my appointment time. When i asked if they were cutting my metal for brakes yet he said tes then over a hour later another associate said they just started to cut the metal. Im not very pleased at all.
