The quality of the braiding at Braids By Us is excellent, and my daughter’s hair came out beautifully. The stylists are clearly talented, and the finished work reflects a high level of skill and attention to detail. Unfortunately, the customer service and appointment management did not match the quality of the work. Because my original review was deleted after the owner reached out asking me to take down my review.. here it is again: Very disappointing experience. Before they even started working on my hair they added an additional fee to my services. They didn’t use healthy techniques when caring for black hair for example: Detangling dry hair from top to bottom, not utilizing leave in conditioner or leave in heat protectant.
