I love the braids that were done for my daughter BUT I was turned into a daycare provider for over 5hours and was still charged $325. I felt like I was in a Tubi movie. My appointment was originally scheduled for 10:15am and was rescheduled for 11am. I was fine with that and I agreed. My daughter and I arrived at 10:55 and no one showed up until 1130. My first time patronizing this place. I got the twist braids the latter part of June. 3 weeks later my twist started coming out. Of course this should not have happened after three weeks. I was trying to get two months wear as I always do when getting my hair done. I texted to have my twist missing replaced. She said text when you’re on your way. I did. The only braiders I use in Oakland. These ladies do excellent work with fun vibes at the shop
Always appreciate the hook up with braids by us everyone is extremely talented with what they do ! Definitely recommend them if looking to get hair hooked up
