Because my original review was deleted after the owner reached out asking me to take down my review.. here it is again: Very disappointing experience. Before they even started working on my hair they added an additional fee to my services. They didn’t use healthy techniques when caring for black hair for example: Detangling dry hair from top to bottom, not utilizing leave in conditioner or leave in heat protectant. Very disappointing experience. Before they even started working on my hair they added an additional fee to my services. The hairstyles on the website look different from the real life’s because they have great hairstyles and last very long when I booked for 2 layers it was better than the picture’s and they also can book u in fast for emergencies
