Came in on time for my appointment but had to wait nearly two hours for her to finish with her other clients hair I wanted French curl braids and she requested I buy Yaki hair, and I assumed she had a vision, but the braids came out terrible. Hair sticking out of the ends, choppy cut, and just overall a bad look. I had to come back to get them “fixed”, but they turned out even worse.

Today was my first and last time calling this shop. As soon as she answered the phone I was met with the nastiest attitude and making side comments under her breath. She claimed I called her before but this was my first and last time ever in life calling her again. She made nasty comments while I was asking her availability and the price of the braids…😭 Idk what her problem is but I’ll just be going back to my other braid shop in Decatur where the customer service is top tier.
