The workers are always late. They do a good job with braiding though. The lady didn't start on my hair until an hr after my appointment
Had a good experience. I had the Ghana Braids done. In 45 minutes I was done . I love it and everyone says they did a great job. And I sure will visit again soon.
Very disappointed and dissatisfied. I calld and got an appt for today for micro braids. When I got there, they tried to get me to get a different style. I finally decided to get what i came for which was the micro braids and they claimed to not have anybody there that could do it. I'm very upset because now i have taken my hair down and no way to get it combed before Mother's Day.
Normally I have no complaints. However I had a 9:30 appointment today. I set outside the shop for over a hour nobody showed up and they never answered the phone. I'm a very unhappy client. Need to find another braid shop I'm South Bend.
Love them great work more women should come and get their hair done there
I've been going to get my hair braided for years now at Braid Experts and THEY'RE THE BEST!!! No complaints from me... The ladies that works there are awesome and very polite.... Keep up the great work ladies!
They good but some of there attitudes is horrible, and they can get bootleg at times.... Overall they the best in elkhart/southbend to me, just watch who you let in your head. Oomii and Kumba is the best!!!
They keep changing the prices N this last time they didn't do a good job.
