They are unprofessional I go there on time for appointment and they are always late and there is a long response when trying to get a appointment and no answer. They will call you late at night or next day and say no. I have been going there and each time I had to wait a hour. I had a appointment set for this morning and get a call at 1am saying she tired and can’t do it. She wanted me to reschedule for Monday morning but I can’t because I also have to work. 0 Stars!!!!!!!! This place is highly unprofessional!! I dropped my friend off at 9:15am for her 9:30am appointment and here it is 3pm and they still haven't gotten to her because apparently someone called off. & we called 15 minutes before we pulled up and they didn't tell her anything like that, they said she was still good to go. Smh! Very disappointed in their service!!!
Refused me service because I "sound caucasian" on the phone. I'm mixed. I've had braids before. You didn't even look at my hair or determine its type. If I could give a lower rating, I would. Don't go here - don't give them your money. Any hairstyle you want isn't worth it from people like this. Drive to Fort Wayne, drive to Chicago - anywhere else but this group of racist, discriminatory, awful people.
