I am so thankful we called Bragg Trailers and that you sent Johnny Watts to help us. His knowledge, talent, and ability to fix the impossible were amazing. The bearings on our trailer were completely blown out and all the metal was fused together. Johnny was able to separate the metal pieces, cut new threads on the axle, and install new bearings and hub assembly. We were able to drive 1,400 miles home without a problem. Not very good at installing trailer hitches on cars. Took them 3 hours for a 1 hour job. Plus left metal drill shaving under the trunk carpet. They quoted me $85.00 for 1 hour job. But inturn wanted to charge me for 2 hours labor. $120.00. Not good business to quote one price and charge another. Paper work which comes with custom hitch reads 1 hour install time for expert and 2 hours non expert. It took them 3 hours to install. This hitch was made strickly for this car and instructions were very accurate.
Matt went above and beyond helping us with a trailer.
Great folks, highly recommend for all your hauling needs.
