Happy Living Braeswood oaks apartment is a great comfortable place of living the staff is very friendly we have nice quite neighbor we don't have no problems the maintenance get the job done.
Great service I called to get prices and the Person I talked to was so helpful and nice, so I decided to go look at a apt. I meet with the assistant manager Monica and she showed me apt after apt she is wonderful! she told me about all that they offer and I'm totally impressed.
I love Braeswood Oaks since my 6 years the management staff has been very professional in helping me on situations ,great place to live management needs increase in pay, great place to live.
Nice And Neat I've lived here for about 1 year and I can't complain about much they have a kids club that's cool for the kids mine always have a blast. They also have a flex payment so I pay half of my rent on the 1st and the other half of the rent on the15th. the maintenance staff is good and so is the office staff. no worries.
awful apartments we moved in at the beginning of october and since we've been there urea been horrible first the maintenance is ridiculous since we moved in our drawers were broken lightbulbs were burnt out shower didn't work anew guest toilet didn't work and it took a month for them to fix and they tried saying it was our fault that they checked the apt before we moved in and everything was fine smh and if we called the office for an update on the maintenance tickets they had no clue and would just give us attitude and ther... read more
Good but I pay too much for a one bedroom, I have a new born baby and is only my partner working
a great Place This is the perfect place to live , near great restaurants and shopping. this place is also great for being close to work , if you work in Meyerland or Fondren southwest. Close to bus and freeways. I love the security of gated entry and onsite maintence.
