I am not surprised at the 2.8 Review Score. As a homeowner, I would never suggest hiring this company. They are not in compliance with their own ACH Debit Authorization Form which resulted in fees and interest illegally charged. If you are a lawyer, there may be some opportunity here.
My public review on Google Maps has been shadow banned so I’m pasting it here in case people wanna know who they will be or are dealing with: What an embarrassment of a company. I got a letter in the mail on Friday after Thanksgiving dated 11/23/2021 saying my window blinds’ colors had violated their rules or whatever. Very non-responsive, and is doing an absolute poor job managing the startup of my new community. The sorry excuse for a nature trail was nonchalantly excavated by a bulldozer, still severely sloped, and was just band-aided by throwing mulch over top of it. Everyone parks on the street, without HOA notice. It takes them 3 weeks - 1 month to respond to ANY simple request.
