Very unprofessional and unresponsive company. I’m having issues in my neighborhood and called to ask some questions and hopefully get some help, they couldn’t answer a single question of mine and said they would get back to me in a day or two .Two weeks later and still no response. They send out spur of the moment bills and don't provide invoices. Living in a braesael HOA they're forcing us to pay for common grounds that don't impact the neighborhood and then don't disclose the invoice. They're crooks, they do nothing for us but increase the bill every year. Now they start sending out warnings about weeds in peoples lawns...IN A DROUGHT! So my options are rip up the weeds and have bare spots in my lawn (which will be a violation) or have unnoticeable weeds in my lawn except to the HOA and get a fine. T... read more
In my opinion, this has been one of the worst HOA management companies I've dealt with. The fees seem unusually high, and there is very little transparency about how the money is being spent. For a community of only 58 homes with no amenities and minimal landscaping, paying around $900 per year feels excessive—especially when larger communities in the Charlotte area with pools and other amenities often have lower HOA dues.
