I just spoke with Sandy on the phone and she was an absolute delight. Great customer service. As for the reason for the call, Braesael needs to update their website to include the ACH form so that a call is not necessary.
Horrible! They sent us an infraction notice for long grass in our yard 8-21-2026 and the time stamp on the picture of our yard was 9-25-2025!
The worst & most incompetent HOA company I have ever had to deal with. Do yourself a favor and never deal with this company!!!!!!

Very unprofessional and unresponsive company. I’m having issues in my neighborhood and called to ask some questions and hopefully get some help, they couldn’t answer a single question of mine and said they would get back to me in a day or two .Two weeks later and still no response.
