Management is so bad. We rent an apartment here in North Battleford since 2023. Since 2024, our roof has been leaking, whenever it rains or snow melts. We have made multiple requests since 2024 but no one action has been taken. Now, during these rainy season, half of the ceiling of our living room is leaking. Our carpet and furniture is ruined. We are told they would send someone to fix it but no one came and for last days no one is picking up our calls. We would never recommend places owned by this company.
I had been renting with Braemore group here in Medicine Hat AB For a total of 4 years Over the years, I’ve had nothing but great fantastic experience with the entire staff the administration staff the office staff the people they hire to do their maintenance and of course Darla their communication skills are amazing.. I am disappointed with my experience with Braemore Management. I moved out of my rental unit and have been waiting for the return of my damage deposit. It has now been approximately 15 business days since I first contacted the property manager ian and tylor regarding this issue, and I have not received a response. I have made reasonable efforts to communicate and resolve the matter, but the lack of communication has been frustrating and unprofessional. I live in Estevan. The property manager at my building is beyond pathetic. Useless. I spend a lot of money on rent at this place and to get anything fixed I have to call 6 times and start swearing and yelling and getting pissed off before anyone even blinks at you. It’s garbage. Braemore is garbage.
Braemore use to be an exceptional management group but have slipped to incredible lows. This management group needs new management. It’s literally falling apart with the existing staff. I personally, do not find them professional or honest at all. They seem concerned with themselves more than the people they are suppose to represent. Never again.
