Avoid Braemore at all costs. My experience with thiS 'enting company has been extremely disappointing. They fail to provide even basic maintenance - whenever there's an issue in the condo, no one shows up to fix it. At first, they answer your calls, but once they know you have a problem, they completely stop responding. The units are overpriced and poorly maintained, with no included utilities. Update 2: They said they put the key back in the telus box yesterday afternoon. So now we're just waiting for the technician. Hoping the key is actually in there this time. Update!!: I got a call back in the evening, promising to solve the key problem by the end of the day. It is now the next day, we are waiting for the management to give the wi-fi technician the key. I told them I need the wi-fi upgrade for my new job that I might lose if the wi-fi upgrade doesn't happen this week. I will keep you updated I have been trying... read more
I just purchased a condo on Southside in one of the units they manage n the 1st person I met at there office was Sue n wow she was really really nice n friendly n a great person thank you
If I can give minus rating than I will. I m living in edson building but they don't have proper management in this town. There is only one laundry machine which is not working from last 2 month. We wasted our 10$ till now. I give call 4 times, 2 service requests and 2 emails but they didn't answer of the mail or call or not repaired machine after these all calls and messages. We are frustrated very much to this management... Don't recommend to live under this management..
