I live in Estevan. The property manager at my building is beyond pathetic. Useless. I spend a lot of money on rent at this place and to get anything fixed I have to call 6 times and start swearing and yelling and getting pissed off before anyone even blinks at you. It’s garbage. Braemore is garbage.
Braemore use to be an exceptional management group but have slipped to incredible lows. This management group needs new management. It’s literally falling apart with the existing staff. I personally, do not find them professional or honest at all. They seem concerned with themselves more than the people they are suppose to represent. Never again.
Used realtors from this company to purchase my first home, it was a terrible experience. Highly would not recommend using them for buying or selling a home.
They never call back and they obviously do not answer messages on the portal
*Landlord Review* *Please Read* *Very Bad Experience* We fired Braemore (BM) after 4 months. Issues include: 20% vacancy, $1,000+/- in HVAC repair bills with diagnoses like “called due to no heat, found furnace switch off, resolved”, they evicted a tenant after I fired them and to top it off, the property manager himself moved into a unit without notifying us at a reduced rent, gave himself a garage for free and signed the lease/walk-through inspection as both the tenant & manager.
