Issues include: 20% vacancy, $1,000+/- in HVAC repair bills with diagnoses like “called due to no heat, found furnace switch off, resolved”, they evicted a tenant after I fired them and to top it off, the property manager himself moved into a unit without notifying us at a reduced rent, gave himself a garage for free and signed the lease/walk-through inspection as both the tenant & manager. Avoid Braemore at all costs. My experience with thiS 'enting company has been extremely disappointing. They fail to provide even basic maintenance - whenever there's an issue in the condo, no one shows up to fix it. At first, they answer your calls, but once they know you have a problem, they completely stop responding. The units are overpriced and poorly maintained, with no included utilities. Update 2: They said they put the key back in the telus box yesterday afternoon. So now we're just waiting for the technician. Hoping the key is actually in there this time. Update!!: I got a call back in the evening, promising to solve the key problem by the end of the day. It is now the next day, we are waiting for the management to give the wi-fi technician the key. I told them I need the wi-fi upgrade for my new job that I might lose if the wi-fi upgrade doesn't happen this week. I will keep you updated I have been trying... read more
