A little busy and as with any other repair shop a little pricey but they do good work.
Yesterday I was finishing up a job and my blower completely crapped out on me , I bought it from bradys probably 8 years ago and have used it semi commercially since so it owes me nothing. 5 minutes before they closed i called them and told them I needed another one fueled up and ready to go and I was on the way to come buy it. They stayed opened past closing time to get me back going . Great job Bradys.
During their busiest time of the year Brady dropped what they are doing to make sure we were taken care of, Tyler and his head mechanic came out in the parking lot in the scorching heat and diagnosed exactly what my problem was, free of charge and part that needed replacing they covered under warranty without asking any questions. We won't be taking our equipment anywhere else! Tyler and his mechanic were extremely helpful with helping us diagnose the issue with our Toro. We walked in unexpected without an appointment and they went out of their way to help us during one of the busiest times and conveniently one of the hottest days of the year. Although they told us it would most likely be two weeks out, our mower was back on our trailer within the week! The Customer service is top notch there and we sincerely appreciate them!
We let them pick up mower and told them the deck belt fell down but was in good condition just needed it put back on. Called them 2 days later after pickup and was told no one got to it yet!! When asked how long it would be was told a week and a half before they could get to it. I informed him to bring back our lawnmower. That was something that should have been told to me before they took it. They hustled us for 75.00 for pick up and delivery knowing they would keep it 2 whole weeks before they even looked at it.
