Was out to fix my water heater 3 times in less than 2 weeks.On last attempt to fix service tech left a gas fitting loose and the smell of gas in basement was not discovered until later at night.Called the 24/7 service and was told they couldnt do anything,would come out in morning.Heater still not working.Called Ragan Mechanical that morning and had unit replaced.
They do not call you back, and I have been waiting months for my rebate check. I think they just don't care if you ever do business with them again. Very sad way to treat some one who spent thousands with your company. Wish I had gone some place else, please do not make the same mistake that I did, boy am I sorry I did. Be warned my friends.They say they sent in the rebate, but I called Mid American Energy who say they never did , who is lying? Looks like I am just out of $1500.00 What a poor excuse of a business!
