This was the best experience I have ever had with a dentist Dr Lassen very professional nice very good dentist staff from the receptionist to the completion totally professional and super nice I will be returning to them for future work
I have recently returned to the area and this is BY FAR the best experience I have ever had in a dental setting. From the initial phone call appointment and welcome in reception area, to the warm, patient, diligent dental hygienist and finally, to the informative completion and professionalism with the dentist, I am beyond pleased. This Dental office is the worst! After going there for years my grand daughter went for yearly cleaning. The receptionist was on the phone and NEVER asked for her insurance information! After the process was complete they told her she owed 160.00 as they did not accept her insurance anymore. We NEVER received anything telling us of this. I asked to speak to the office manager but Frankie was busy and would call me back. That never happened!!!!! Had a bad experience last time there ! First time ever!
This maybe isn't a fair accessment since I quit going there in 2001 after DR SHAW injected the novacaine needle all the way up into my sinus cavity As I was screaming to take it out, he chuckled and said "I wasn't about to back out of there" The assistant had her mouth gapped open in disbelief I GOT SEPSIS AND CELLULITIS and had to get 1,000 MG ROSEFIN(SP) IV EVERY DAY FOR A WEEK & HAD TO POSTPONE MY WEDDING and a CYST formed in my right sinus cavity requiring major surgery*after DR BRADY retired, the office changed drastica... read more
