had to get 2 faucet cartridges and faucets replaced and flusher handle on toilet Anson our serviceman was awesome very efficient and explained everything in detail.
My 93 year old father had a toilet that he had purchased installed four weeks ago. He insisted on using Bradshaw as he is a loyal customer and paid $370 plus a $20 tip for the installation only. I now discovered that the toilet is loose. He is the only person who used it, and he weighs 140 lbs so no misuse or abuse took place. They refused to come tighten the bolts unless he paid another service fee, citing a 1 week rule for complaints (a detail that was not relayed to him). We will not be using Bradshaw Plumbing again.
Spoke to a gentleman over the phone regarding plumbing work. They sound like reliable, honest and good people. I would recommend them.
