This man left us high and dry (er, wet...) – We spent thousands for a saline system for our pool; he handled the installation...but the system has since had problems and--guess what--he's been incommunicado, ever since. Hasn't returned a ton of pleading phone calls...ignored an email. Very unprofessional... The system is under warranty, but we're burning time dealing with the manufacturer ourselves.
