He spent so much time with me, made sure I understood the plan and made time for questions. Made me feel truly cared for
Was late...could be overlooked, but then spent little to no time with me before sending me home telling me that I could pass a 10mm stone according to some report. 2 week follow up. No meds...not even Flomax to help pass. Needless to say I ended up being told to go to the ER a week later when I stopped producing urine due to blockage with next day surgery. But at least he got through his patients and off to his vacation plans! Duh.
