They were kind of friendly, but I wasn't very impressed. I usually look for more in a doctor. They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The front desk staff was rude, I always have difficulties scheduling appointments. The front desk is like a wall. I have told Dr Thompson about the treatment the front desk provides numerous times. Nothing seems to improve. Sam is the only reason I have stayed with that office
