Dr Dart doesn't act like we are more than just another appointment. He's nice enough, kinda like a good salesman - makes you feel at ease and like you're the number one thing on his plate. I had total hip replacement surgery just before Christmas 2016. Pre-op everything seemed acceptable. But, right after surgery everything turned a bit. He never came to see me or anyone with me after surgery. For my 30 day follow up he was 1.5 hrs late and called me a complainer when I told him what was wrong.
Dr. Dart was suggested to me with a high recommendation. After waiting 30 minutes between xray and placement in an exam room, I waited another full hour before the Dr came in. He was friendly, but not engaging. He did not invite any description from me about my experience of pain. His exam was quick, and felt dismissive to me. He quickly diagnosed me with a lesser problem without investigating my joint issue. I was very disappointed, and chose not to continue with him.
