Just called to get an appointment an to hear chomping of food intheir mouth. An was unsure of appointments then looked.
Exams were incomplete and would not provide PD measurement. We were pressured to purchase from them instead of shopping third party. Notification of glasses being ready to pickup were unclear causing us to come back multiple times to pickup orders. They ordered contacts from a previous prescription instead of from what was prescribed that day and when questioned on it said it was a preference.
I went to the Council Bluffs location where I saw Dr. Jose. The staff was great and Dr. Jose was one of the nicest doctors I've had the pleasure of seeing. He was genuine, personable and caring. I would recommend this office to anyone.
Dr. Jose is awesome.
