Airport is easy to navigate the only reason I didn't give it a five was the road leading in needs to be repaved. I know this sounds minor but this is the first impression of any property the entrance. But all in all the airport was great and the people were awesome. You should be proud.

I am registered with TSA have my KT # which puts me in A Group for checking so it is a snap. I recommend go get KTN $85 for 5 years, it is worth it
I love flying out of Bradley Airport. It's only 40 mins away from me (if there's no traffic). Everything is pretty much easy, from parking to checking in bags, TSA and even finding your terminal. Bathrooms are clean and some good choices to get something to eat. Even pick up and drop off is easy if your getting a ride to and from airport. American Airline employees are awesome too, very friendly and helpful.
