It's nice airport ...it's close to my house...conformable and have a lot of parking. .it's love it
I'm always satisfied with every aspect of this airport for both work and leisure travel.
It's small enough to where if you're at the wrong gate you can run to the other. Been flying in and out of this airport since I was 7. People are more friendly at this airport than others, maybe it's just New England.

Very friendly airport. Everyone worked very hard to get us out in a snow storm.
This is the most disorganized airport that I have ever been too! We arrived 2 hrs prior to our national flight as instructed; and still ended up missing our flight due to the extreme amount of disorganization at the American Airlines terminal. My husband, 4 children and myself had to wait for the next available flight 10 hrs later. So stressful. I will never again fly out of Bradley International Airport!
The employees of American Airlines are the best in the airport respectful attentive and always willing and able to help the passengers best airport ever!!!
