Very well run responsive airport! The best in local airports.
I flew out on January 19th from Orlando to Bradley then back again on January 29th. I'm disabled so no matter how small the airport I need wheelchair assistance which I automatically get when booking my flights. Thankfully from airport to airline personnel I've never once had a bad experience. The airport is well kept and has nice shops for those who want to take advantage of them. Small and convenient airport. Always a good experience there. No long lines. Friendly staff who are always willing to help. I usually use one of the valet parking services.
