My biggest problem with Bradley is the lack of direct flights to my home state of Arizona. Second to that is the lack of departure times available to connections to the west. The TSA folks at Bradley are very professional with one of the agents standing there as we place our items through the xray machines. I don't fly much so it is always helpful having someone there advising us what I need to remove from my bag for screening, laptop, ipad, etc.
Nice place and service I like everything it clean field friendly.
