Bradley is good because it's smaller, most of the time it's less crowded, which means faster times to your gate. Personnel is friendly too. Challenges are there are no direct flights unless to a major hub. United flight from BDL to IAD forces you to deplane on the Tarmac in DC. Also, they need to hire personnel. Late night flights often have you sitting on the Tarmac waiting for a crew to bring the aircraft into the jetbridge.
Love this airport! Easy access and fantastic people work there who have great people skills!
