Bradley airport treated and handled my parents situation unprofessional and poorly. I’m so disappointed and this is one of the many reasons why I travel through JFK. Bradley will you and jet blue take responsibility for your guys mistake ? And the poor treatment of my parents and my elderly and disabled grandparents.
My favorite airport! The best all around.
Easy to maneuver, lots of fast food, and restaurants available. I learned about the Escape Lounge (which I found a Groupon for) all you can eat plus drinks. I would have done that rather than standing in a Dunkin Donuts line. I had < 1 hour for boarding.

Great airport! Going thru security was very quick and everyone was super nice and very helpful!
Landed at Bradley airport early from Philly. Can’t get into our gate because a fuel truck is blocking our way. Sitting here for over a half an hour while the flight took less than that. Poorly run airport with no consideration for passengers.
