TSA staff very rude and standing around talking. Too many of them for size of airport.
Nice airport, clean restroooms.
Clean and easy to navigate. Covid test on Sunday and received results on Tuesday. Very convenient.

Almost all stores and restaurants were closed. Checked Bradley´s web site the night before and it had most everything listed as open. I understand that due to COVID things change, but we also need a little normal every once in a while
On site Covid testing in the baggage claim area is absolutely perfect. All airports should follow suit
I love Bradley airport. But if you are flying in and looking to have Covid testing done do not bother with the Company downstairs. Flew in Thursday at 4 PM had three Covid tests done. I was told by at least six people who worked there that almost everyone has their results within 24 hours and no one has had to wait longer than 48. Their response seemed scripted and I was leery but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. 50 hours later and 4 phone calls to the testing facility and we have no results.
