RecommendedNever had a problem, TSA line goes fast
In the past, getting through security took forever. My most recent trip I had my dad drop me off nice and early, I was through security in 20 min. It allowed me time to meander through the different shops. And one of the shops had a book I’d been looking for so I was happy to get that. Never a bad experience going through or dealing with any staff. Clean. Friendly staff at the gates. The gentleman who was at the gate for my flight was awesome. He had such a personality. Clean,everybody is very helpful,orderly
Unusually long TSA lines this morning but they had a representative at the end giving people a time estimate. He was spot on. I arrived an hour before my flight thinking it wouldn't be busy but I still made it to my gate before my boarding. Even had time to stop at the restroom! Thanks to all the hard working folks keeping our flights safe!
I have consistently flown out of Bradley for the last 30 years, but in the last year it seems I can no longer find decent flights at a decent price. Maybe if you’re going to Florida, but it’s become very inconvenient trying to get anywhere else. Most recently I’ve had to book flights out of JFK and Newark, and then deal with getting home later. Maybe if you spent more time making sure we have great access at great prices, rather than wasting time on changing the name, or building new rental car lots in a world rapidly moving... read more
Employees are very helpful
Horrible airport. People are rude and you can get anywhere nonstop. Plus you will dramatically overpay.
best airport ever it's never packed its nice and clean the ppl there are very nice
It's an easy airport to get in and out of nice choice of food options. the one BIG problem is the bathrooms in the A concourse by gate 9. It's been "Under Renovation" since last summer. I would think keeping bathrooms open would be a priority given there aren't that many to begin with. It seems like someone's brother in law got the contact and milked it all winter to get a paycheck. Anyone that fly's knows how important a restroom close to the gate is.
