Waiting for an international flight to land, the board says it is on time but online the airline says it is delayed. Does not appear to be any airport workers here , but there is a woman wearing a coat who appears to be like the rest of the people waiting. She has been sitting around different places talking constantly on her phone loudly and laughing! Then we notice she is wearing a airport badge. Essentially no one here to help out. En Jet blue, el trato fue muy antipático, cuando fui a entregar las maletas. No hablaba español y me regañaba prácticamente en cada intervención. No entiendo como el personal que atiende no es bilingüe y mucho menos como pueden ser tan groseros...
