I have always loved this airport, but today there was a terrible, young, attractive, blond TSA woman working the security line. She was the biggest B—- to everyone. She obviously lacked authority in her life and decided to exercise her authority in this role. She belittled people right in front of everyone. I travel all the time and to several countries. I have never seen such rudeness in my entire life. She was working the line on March 14th at 11 a.m. I hope she finds her heart and soul one day to realize that some people ... read more

I like to fly out of BDL because it is so convenient. However, why is the airport area under constant construction where nothing ever seems to be completed??? There is junk piled up next to the roadways and the place is a mess. Not a good first impression for folks arriving from elsewhere.

Have been sitting on the plane for Over an hour at the gate. Tractor can not push the plane out because Bradley never plowed. Terrible management that can not even coordinate the plowing of the run way. Very incompetent management that they can not coord such a simple task that they should be prepared for in New England. Thanks for making me miss my connecting flight. Kevin Dillon you need to do a better job managing this facility.

Easy to get to, short security lines, and easy to find gates. Much less stressful than other airports.
