I have never had an experience here at this airport like I have had this morning. The TSA checkpoint line is crazy long....people waiting in line and their flights are ready to board and TSA won’t let them thru....I’ve never seen such poor customer service �
You guys need more then one security gate. Line is out the door.....
Have flown from BDL many times. This morning was total chaos... extremely long lines for every step from check-in thru security. Even being TSA pre-approved, lines were a joke, the staff werent helpful to anyone who were going to miss their flight due to the airport's incompetance, and we barely made our flight despite the fact that we had arrived at BDL 1 3/4 hours in advance. Not a great way to start vacation!
Slowest bag claim I’ve ever seen in an airport large or small. The rest of it is fine.
