I just made my second long distance purchase and I dealt with Jeremy Miller. I know I will be more than pleased with this purchase as I was with the first.
I just picked up my new ring, custom designed by Mikhail Epelman. He used diamonds that have huge sentimental value to me/given to me by my husband and my Mom. With the assistance of Anne Barnum, Sales Manager Extraordinaire I now have another beautiful ring from Bradley Gough Diamonds. They also custom designed a cross necklace for me that is beautifully made. My expectations were exceeded.
Quality and friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff are just a couple of reasons why I love Bradley Gough!!
I enjoyed working with Anne at Gough to create a custom classic pendant that I can wear everyday. It's just what I envisioned, was within my budget, and makes use of stones I already had but wasn't wearing. Especially appreciated Anne's knowledge and patience during the design process. Thank you!
