Horrible experience. Long story short...I brought truck in for recall. Had to wait 6 weeks for appt. Did OTHER service so they could make money and they managed to not do the recall. Picked truck up on a Saturday and no mechanic was available and the engine light for recall was still on. They told me not to worry and to bring truck back at my convenience. New 2021 F250 diesel just purchased a few months ago and hate the vehicle already. They wouldn't stick to the rebate they told me I qualified for, so instead of arguing they called Capital One and had my pre-approved interest rate changed to make the $1,000 back on the back end of the loan. No care once they were called out on it. They didn't include all the taxes on the truck since it was purchased out of state, so had to fork out another $2,000. Would give these guys no stars, overall. Purchased a “new” 2021 F250 XLT diesel a few month ago, lost a wheel cap not even 2 days after getting it home, cost me $100 to replace. Not fun. Noticed more and more cosmetic defects until the other day when I realized that there was a large paint defect on the inside passenger door frame. This defect was covered professionally. Fantastic customer service! Had a minor issue with my Lincoln that was still under warranty and it was handled quickly and professionally. Highly recommend this place.
