I will start out by saying it is very unfortunate having with an issue with a new vehicle. We bought our car from at a different location, but Since we are still under warranty with ford I called the local dealership and was greeted by Travis. After $3000.00 and they wanted more, their excuse was they are short handed, the real truth is no one is qualified to repair, they only know how to replace parts until problem is fixed, and charge according.
