Be prepared to wait for over an hour for a cleaning appointment. They are good for emergencies, but just normal cleanings they fail just because we have to wait over an hour after the appointment time, even if we show up early. It would be nice if they would notify clients if they are over an hour behind. My daughter finally got in to get her teeth cleaned after waiting an hour and a half. They also clanged her appointment time to 15 minutes earlier than scheduled without notification. Also, no reminder calls. Not very frien... read more

I went here in 2015, they said I had periodontal disease and did a "treatment" which involved using what was basically a drill to grind my teeth down. Came back to this dentist and they had no record of me on file, and told me I had eight cavitiies. I realized they had caused the cavities when they did their "treatment." Watch out if they say they need to treat you for periodontal disease or gingivitis. Stop them, leave and get a second opinion. I wish I had. Now I have eight more cavities and an even worse smile.

I like Bradley dental there staff is amazeing yes there is a bit of a wait when scheduled but the staff makes up for it..in the end.

had a great dentist in the city of perris before but they sold their busness to western dental went to western dental and they tried to gouge me with stuff idid not need a neighbor recomended me here i was so happy the ofice staff is great the dentist is great and the whole staff is great very happy to find a new practice
Horrible they had me waiting wait room for hours and the doctors are very unprofessional he numb my mouth and left me in room to attend to other patients and I believe he never switch his gloves while leaving in & out each patients rooms
