I really felt like he and staff really listened and their responses were very reassuring.
The Dr was very personable and helpful.
The facility is very clean and well lit. The staff in Dr Dart's office were friendly and helpful. The only issue I had was the wait to see the doctor. It was over an hour after my appointment time before being seen bt doctor staff. Otherwise, the appointment was satisfactory.
Dr Dart took time to answer all my questions, even though it was the end of the day. I had to wait for 45 min past my appointment time, but it was understandable. I've been in medicine,too. My husband & I were happy for in-house wi-fi in order to work on our laptops while we waited.Rachel also gave good instructions about my prep for surgery.
I used Dr. Dart in the past for bilateral hip issues. I knew from that time that there would eventually be a need to return. In the recent visit, he was able to recall my case from nearly a decade ago and give me honest feedback about where I am with the current need for medical intervention. He listened to me and understood my goals.
Everyone that I talk to or met was extremely kind.
The back staff and Dr. Dart are wonderful, compassionate medical staff. I knew I was in the best hands with Dr. Dart. Grateful I am!
A little frustrated after waiting 2 months for appointment it will be another 2-3 weeks for treatment
If you are unfortunate enough to need a hip replacement, then you will be in excellent hands with Dr Dart. Throughout, Dr Dart kept me informed. I have not had the slightest problem following my surgery. The follow-up reviews have been equally pleasing. Thank you Dr Dart!
