The office gave a same day schedule and the tech came out and quickly found the problem and added a new feature for better service. He was also able to winterize the furnace while there. Very efficient and kept the area clean and explanation of repair and update was very clearly communicated. There was no pressure to update just presented as an option. I have used Bradham Brothers for years and have always had excellent service. Bravo for a great company with a terrific record of quality service and products!

Charged me $120/lb for R22 Freon (green 30 lb bottle) when it sells on *********************** for $13/lb (identical green 30 lb bottle). Price gougers!

But I do believe that is an unfair statement. If you were to call around to some of our local HVAC companies, you would find that we are very competitive with our pricing and, most likely, the least in the area. We're not a wholesaler. When we got home this afternoon, a little after 4PM, it was 80 degrees in the house. We called Bradham Brothers and Amberly said we might be able to get a tech. there this evening. We said ok and no more then 20 minutes went by and the tech. appeared!!! And, in another 25 minutes, he found the problem, had the part, a compressor, on his truck, installed it and was gone!!! Again Bradham Bros helped with minimal wait and great care. We had work being done in our crawl space while away and did not realize the furnace switch had been turned off. When we came home we had no heat and it was almost 9pm on a Friday. BB/Joe came before 10pm, got our heat going, labeled the switch so it does not happen again, and taught us how to optimize our thermostat.
