I called the office on a Sunday AM leaving recorded a message requesting a return call Monday AM as my furnace was not operating after an overnight temp of 35-40 degrees. A very pleasant lady (June) return my call by 8 AM Monday. By 9 AM Monday, technician Reid arrived at my home and immediately began an exam of my system. In short order Reid diagnosed the problem.
