Dr brown is very very rude and needs to learn how to talk to clients in a better manner!
If you are recommended a Dog trainer from them do all your own research first. Was recommended SouthlandK9 and it turned out bad. Trusted and didn't verify based on Vet recommendation so I got burned.

I’ve taken three cats to them (including my one boy with a rare genetic condition) and it has been worth every penny. He had an asthma attack early in the morning on a Saturday and they got him in to see his doctor the very same morning. Great techs, great doctors, super attentive and compassionate. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this office to anyone in the area.
They know my dog and take very good care of her. Highly recommend
