Suck apartment Bradford Town house apartment bad maintenance if call him couple times no body go back bad office department
I use to live there back in 2018 the only complaint I have was when I moved out my lease was up and the office know we were moving out and 1yr later after we been gone we get a thing sent to us saying we owe money cause they supposedly had to kick us out and we weren't even the ones living there still trying to fight it cause we don't owe anything I always paid my rent and moved out after our lease was up and the office new that but whoever the old owners are they keep trying to put on my credit for something I don't owe
They actually play on the phone and block you Property is ran down units with broken Windows the main issue is the Manager Never very standoffish only communicate with Mexican or Dominican, picks and chooses who they wants unless u section 8 holds apts and the nice ones, If your black don't go here This is discrimination and Prejudice Not worth it
These apartments are trash! Could never get anyone to answer the phone no maintenance is never around. There’s always leaks, roach infested, also found bed bugs twice & had to call my own bug man to take care of it. Rats run around like crazy. Also there’s mold in the walls. I DO NOT RECOMMEND LIVING HERE !!!
Diana and Nina are amazing and has really turned this place around.
