I've lived here for going on one year and would highly recommend Bradford Place. Very dog and family friendly. It's safe, quiet, and very well maintained. The management goes above and beyond to help you and address any problems you might have. Shala really takes care of the residents here and makes everyone feel right at home. Not to mention the apartments are the nicest I've found in Hunt county. If you're thinking about moving in, welcome home. You'll love it here.
Best in Commerce I lived here for two years and only had a couple of issues the whole time. Nice apartments inside but could use a little remodel. Nice sized walk in closet in the one bedroom unit. The grounds are nice and kept up. Lots of parking and management is friendly. I would recommend for this area.
A wonderful place to live My family and I have been living at the Bradford Place Apartments for over a year now, and we couldn't be happier. The pool and gym are always well maintained. The grounds are beautifully kept, and the apartments themselves are spacious and homey. I couldn't imagine a better apartment to live in.
