Owner Seems to have Lost Interest in the Apartments Let me say at the beginning I am angry and frustrated with Bradford Place Apartments for the following reasons: 1. My dryer broke over 3 weeks ago. I left phone message, sent emails, and reported the issue in person to the Manager. I was told a part was being ordered. The last I heard, this week, they have no idea when the part will arrive and my dryer fixed. 2. The grass hasn't been mowed in weeks. The complex look very unkempt and embarrassing. Great Place As far as I'm concerned - the three most important things at an apartment community are the neighbors, the staff, and the physical, actual stuff. Bradford get 10 out of 10 on all those. The neighbors are nice, classy, upscale. The staff is helpful and courteous. And the apartments themselves - real nice. I have an upgraded one with new cabinets, granite, smart lock, smart thermostat, plank flooring, microwave, ice-maker, the works . . . I recommend!

New owners kept raising rent -
RecommendedI have recently started cleaning the apartments here. They have new mangement and staff! These apartments have been updated.. they have study areas for the college or work from home crowd. There pool is clean and when the weather gets warm. The work out room is clean and ready for action. They are currently running move in Specials.
We have availability. Come by and see floor plans, and the many amenities we offer.
Lived in the complex for almost three years and it was great. under the new ownership and the new management I can honestly say the place is doing great with helpful staff and the landlord is amazing and super helpful.
