DONT MOVE HERE. Kathy is the most unprofessional property manager I’ve ever came across, (and shes training our future property manager) . No communication AT ALL. Loses money orders and the payment portal doesn’t work properly for rent and bills. You will spend countless hours trying to track down your water bill amount for each month and when she ignores you and doesn’t return calls/emails she will try to illegally evict you for “missed bills” with no record or proof of contact on her end. UPDATE: I've now been living here for almost 6 years, and I've seen quite a few changes. When I moved in, I LEGIT would've given this place a 5/5, but it's steadily gone downhill over time. Lately, management is impossible to get a hold of, maintenance requests take forever (and there's no notice whenever they've even been in your unit! This place refuses to get it together. We get no invoices for our rent, water bill hasn't been delivered since December, and the Grass becomes a forest. The pool stayed drained and ugly looking majority of this year. The manager Kathy has lost money orders, and is incredibly rude. I cannot BELIEVE they hired her back.

Don't make the same mistake I made, do NOT move there. The manager is the rudest person I have ever met. She will argue with you that dead bugs and broken nails and dirt that has been on the gym floor for MONTHS is not a problem at all. And rather than have someone sweep the floor, she threatens to close it altogether. Not only that but she brings "witnesses" to this conversation about the cleanliness (or lack thereof of the place). When I signed my lease and moved in, the manager (Lisa) was not doing much. But at the very least she was nice. Since then we have had multiple managers. One stole packages from residents. The one we have now is doing even less than the first manager but on top of that she is incredibly rude.
