I've lived at Bradford Park for a year now, and just signed up for another year. I enjoy living here. It's quiet even though it's near a busy street. There is a pool, and free WiFi. When I've had a maintenance issue, they've always been quick to fix it, even after hours. The price you pay is a lot cheaper than other places near here, and especially for the South side of Springfield. It's close to a lot of restaurants and not far from the mall either.
I have loved living here! This will be my 4th year at Bradford Park. I just signed another year lease. It has a great location and the pricing is very reasonable. I hardly ever hear my neighbors. It is a very quiet, and great place to live! I highly recommend it!
I'm seeing good reviews, for good cause. This place is the best experience I've had with any complex. Clean facilities and friendly staff. You really can't beat the price. It's well kept and you definitely will feel like you get your money's worth. Also worth mentioning, the best pool around.
I've enjoyed living at Bradford Park Apartments the past couple years. Overall, it's a pleasant, comfortable space; maintenance is prompt; and the free wifi is nice.
