This place has a monopoly on inpatient rehab in Alabama. There are no other inpatient options in the Birmingham Metro area. Bradford knows this and they act like they can do whatever they want because of this. Unethical, rude, unprofessional and dangerous. They have no problem plying patients with drugs and then throwing them on the road with no money and no resources. When a person wants help this place will help . If you will listen to them and do as advised ( not what you want to do ) you will get better. All the Staff are willing to help and assist anyway they can. Just have to be willing to accept help. Thank you ALL Bradford Staff.

I have been trying to reach a nurse, medical provider, or director at the Century Birmingham PHP location for more than three hours. I am constantly redirected to corporate who has no idea why my family member was taken to ER two days ago, why his emergency contact was never notified, and why my family member is telling me they have not had their heart medication or diuretic since being admitted to php 5 days prior. I can't remember who I just spoke to with on the phone but my faith in this facility just plummeted. She seemed more than happy to answer my questions. Then I asked if a higher power was required to find sobriety through her program. Or if it was just encouraged. I explained to her why we had that preference.
