I have never posted a review before, but I feel obligated to do this, so that other people will not make the same mistake of signing a lease here and being trapped. The management cares nothing about the welfare of residents. On Christmas eve, the water pipe in my apt bursted, which caused significant water damage. (Christmas presents floating in the water; water dripping from the sofa and table...you can imagine!) Nobody from the leasing office was on site to support. The Bradford community is amazing! The apartments are beautiful and spacious. The location is the best in Cary. I cannot say enough about the office staff, especially Vanessa! She has been so kind and helpful and takes care of all business aspects as well. I feel that Vanessa went above and beyond to help us and it was a pleasure to work with her. I highly recommend Bradford as a truly wonderful place to live.
