Attentive, friendly staff, and cleanliness throughout were most impressive. Even though I was told there could be a 30 minute wait (my dog was not in immediate life threatening situation) due to other animals being cared for, wait time was only about 15 minutes. I was told ahead of time of the cost of procedure so there were no surprises. Buddy had x-rays done and I was given a DVD of the x-ray to take to Buddy's regular vet which was nice. I felt comfortable there and really liked the place.
I can't speak more highly of this emergency clinic. I walked into the other clinic in town with a real emergency and they told me it would be up to a 2 and a half hour wait time. So I called Bradenton Veterinary Emergency and they were on top of everything immediately. They got info from me on the phone and were even waiting for me at the door to take my poor injured buddy from me to take care of him as soon as we arrived. They were thorough and gentle with my dog. A few days after the visit I needed to find out something more so I emailed them my question and they responded very quickly.
I had to rush my Murray to them because he ingested some raisins and they were extremely helpful and quick in getting him seen and taken care of. They also worked with me on the pricing knowing that it was a surprise visit and for that I'm very grateful!!

We had to take our dog Nala here several times to be treated on the weekends. The staff was amazing and caring and had so much concern for our dog. This is the place to take your dog in an emergency situation. We thank and love the Bradenton Veterninary Emergency Clinic.
