I have been here numerous times with my pets, and the staff is second to none. The staff has always been kind, compassionate and caring. I feel better knowing that they are taking care of my best friend when they need it the most.
I had to bring my baby Diesel as a transfer from my vet at 6pm last night, I was welcomed with open arms by the Dr and Joey. Joey reassured me he would be watching my baby very close over night and would even snuggle him if Diesel would let him. I called at about 10pm and he gave me a full update, that he was finally settled down and sleeping comfortably. On a Sunday morning I found a feral cat that had been hit by a car. It was obvious that the cat needed to be put down . After calling this emergency clinic I was told it would cost $90 for an office visit, for what I asked, the cat needs to be put down. I was told the vet had to have a visit before determining what to do. PUT THE CAT DOWN. This was a horrible day, yes, the cat finally died.
