They go the extra mile to communicate with you on the status of your beloved fur baby. They even sent pictures which we will always cherish. what a wonderful experience with this group. I came in frantic with my 13 week puppy who, as they said "was fishing without a license" and was hooked in the face leg and paw. they met me at the door and rushed her back. took wonderful care of her and she didn't want to leave! lol. 10/10 Highly recommend this wonderful emergency vet.
Thank you for being there for Yuki after he ate 10 yes TEN raw rising yeast rolls, potentially fatal.Without you, he would have not made it. Your staff was kind, caring and went above and beyond to take care of our mischievous little furball - we thank you again for being there. Dr Mendez was compassionate and kind. A pleasure to meet and Yuki was comfortable with her and the vet tech (sorry I didnt get her name, a real sweetheart)

the staff is awesome. They are truly there for your pet. The office is clean and the dr is really nice and caring. The price is fair for having to use emergency vet care. They call to check on your pet the next day. Great group to go to.
